- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have just had a terrible first experience at this Dental Surgery - the owner/dentist saw me for a consultation as I'm looking for a new dentist closer to home. Incredibly rude, customer service non-existent & basically berated me for my poor dental hygiene - which is completely incorrect & uncalled for.. Especially the way it was delivered. After mentioning to a few local friends, I've heard many other stories of woeful visits to Beyond Smiles. I should have realised immediately that this experience wouldn't be an enjoyable one as soon as I heard him talk to his staff - atrocious. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went here for some work in 2012, I commented that my front top teeth had a funny groove in them, some work was done and I left. 2 ish years later while travelling the front part of my tooth fell off, I go to another dentist and they say it was a veneer that fell off and they can put another one on. This is when i started reading about veneers and how cruddy they can be, and how bad they are for people that grind their teeth and now I'm thinking "why would a dentist give me these when I was there buying a mouthguard because I grind my teeth". I've had this happen about 5 times now having veneers that snap off replaced, this has made many other dentists world wide a boat load of money. Customers should be given good advice for what is best for them long term, not what makes the dentist the most money.dan mMay 03, 2017
